Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Pick up upon arrival Airport ( driver, no guide). Transfer to the city for hotel check-in. Free at leisure by your own. Overnight in Hanoi
Day 2: Hanoi (B)
Today we will enjoy 5 hour sightseeing tours to visit the city’s landmarks such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, The Temple of Literature (First University built in the 11 Century) and Hanoi History Museum. Free walking around Hanoi old quarter for shopping. Enjoy 1 hour cyclo tours around the Hanoi City’s old quarters.
Day 3: Hanoi – Halong (B, L, D)
Today we journey east to Vietnam’s greatest natural wonder, Halong Bay. We board our luxurious boat, spend a full day and night cruising the bay’s 3000 magnificent limestone islets. You can also challenge yourself with swimming and kayaking. Overnight on Cruise
Day 4: Halong - Hanoi - Airport ( Brunch)
Wake up to fresh coffee and a wholesome breakfast before cruising back to Halong City. En route the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even further! After brunch on board disembark and return to Hanoi.
Transfer to the airport for a flight to depart Hanoi ( driver, no guide)

It was a relaxing trip. Though Bai Tu Long Bay is so beautiful that 2 days may not be enough me, but for me who have seasickness was able to endure the 1 night cruise. Bay is so peaceful and relaxing. Nice part is the tour to the Vung Vieng village and the bamboo boat ride where we were able to see some monkeys! Watching is the sunset is the highlights of the trip. Our tour guide, Tommy is such a funny and entertaining guy! He makes sure everybody on the bus and boat are all ending and comfortable!
Best of all, we have gift from the company to bring home!

I booked with A Travel Mate travel . It was a great tour from the start. The bus came to pick me up just on time and dropped me back again in a good time at the hotel.Our Tour guide Tom was super polite and respectful, he took his time to explain to us the history of the area and did his best to satisfy all our requests. The food for lunch was very good.Also the boat ride and the bus ride were so comfortable and very luxurious…I really recommend to have a tour with A Travel Mate as they definitely look after their guests and take the extra step to make you enjoy your holidays..

We booked a 2D1N Halong Bay tour and Hanoi city . Tung picked us up from the hotel at 8:00 am sharp. He insisted on carrying our luggage to the bus. Very friendly guy. Always smiling. Gave us a brief history of Hanoi. Told us how to cross the busy streets of Hanoi with so many bikes.
We had such a lovely experience aboard the Calypso cruise. It was very luxurious and the staff were incredible. our Guide was so helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend spending the money on this cruise. The city tour was also really good. the highlight was 1 hour on the cyclo tour around the Old Quarter. it is a little bit hot but it is fine.
Took time out to visit Hanoi. Wonderful help from Hong from A Travel Mate who took time to put together a tour with which we were happy and all details were sorted so we did not have to worry. Saw Hanoi, went to Ha Long bay ,so amazing …
We enjoyed a wonderful time on the Starlight cruise and Ha Noi city. Our experience on the boat was fantastic. The staff and facilities were wonderful. That was a family cabin. Our city tour in Ha Noi was great too. We enjoyed the city tour with our children. Thankfully, we had such a great time in Vietnam.
It was planned and Emily made it! She prepared in 2 weeks our trip in Vietnam and it was the second time with her. She chose the best hotels and Ha Long cruise and all the time available.
